I was rather disappointed with the Coit Tower, although I guess nobody had told me that it was good or bad before. I guess I shouldn’t have expected it to be free (was $3.25 or $3.50, I forget which). Take an elevator and then stairs to the top, which is fairly crowded (okay, so it was a Saturday), and small. The view is restricted to the glass-covered windows, as you can see.
